• Doctor (PhD), licensed Prefesional Engineer, specialised in: Energy and Environmet - with experience of mere then 20 years.
• Environmental and quality auditing: Lead Auditor - IEMA Appreved Advanced EMS Auditor Course for both Quality and Environmental Pro fessionals; certificate no. 102332-60873 (BSI/EMS4/00197/UK);
• Climate change negotiation process, institutional aspects, design international and national regulation to implement FCCC, implementation of the Kyoto Mechanism;
• Expert in EU access process for the environment; waste management and climate change; management of international projects; development of integrated environmental analysis; cleaner production and transfer of technologies;
• Energy: energy efficiency, air quality, emissions reductins, climate change issues, flexible mechanism under the Kyoyo Protocol.
